Family First
John is tremendously blessed to be married to his beautiful wife of 13 years, Shay Geraghty. Together, they are raising two wonderful little girls, Skylar (7) and Parker (5). Like many professional families with young children, the Geraghty family finds it both important and challenging to remain focused on the most important issues of open communication, trust and love in the family. Recognizing that the acceptance and love the children experience in the home inspires the willingness to discover their true passions and callings.
Through his personal experiences and his research, John strongly believes we must embrace, nurture and love the dreams of our children, for within those dreams are the seeds of their unlimited possibilities. This parenting lesson has not only been a powerful tool, reminding John of his role as a father, but has had a profound impact on his understanding of human drive and potential. Our dreams emanate from our connection with our source, and their expression is our contribution to the creation of this dynamic world within which we live.

His mission is to inspire and equip himself and others to clearly envision, passionately pursue and joyfully celebrate living life on purpose. Finding that purpose and then developing and implementing strategies for its realization is incredibly rewarding for all parties involved.

John has always focused on developing relationships with others using his skills and expertise to help them set and achieve a bigger and more compelling vision of their future. Always following their lead, John has helped them develop and implement the strategies necessary to ensure these visions are realized.
