Coaching is about helping the individual tap into their best self, moving beyond the limiting beliefs and false limitations that often constrain their true potential. This shows up in every aspect of life, so as we address the challenges and opportunities that arise professionally, the same issues exist personally. Our objective is to expand their capacity so they meet these challenges more effectively and increase the joy and impact they experience throughout their lives.
The leader determines what is possible for the team, setting the pace, energy, and vision. Our objective is to help the leader expand their capacity to clearly communicate in an environment that is supportive and uplifting. Working with a leadership coach will enable you to:
- Remove blocks and barriers allowing you to bring your full potential to the opportunities and challenges at hand.
- Envision your objectives with greater clarity and communicate them in such a way that your team can be more principally self directed.
- Build an accountable culture where each team member accepts ownership of their chosen objectives.
Through coaching, we strive to engage our clients' gifts and passions while developing their strengths. This enables them to not only be superior personal producers, but exceptional leaders as well, creating an organizational environment that brings out the best of each team member and leveraging capabilities through increased interpersonal effectiveness.
The Four Main Focus Areas
Your Influence & Communication
Leaders should engage in high-stakes conversations in order to boost their communication within the workplace. As a leader, you see situations differently than others do. As such, you must influence the behavior of those around you in a way that makes them feel safe.
Another area of influence in executive coaching is the Mission Vision Principles (MVP) Process. People within an organization will have an idea of their roles and missions: professional mission, vision, and principles. They need to know what inspires them and how to communicate that in such a way that they’re able to influence others.
Executive team members determine what the company stands for by making higher-level decisions about what the company does, what products they will sell, and what the service model will be. They will strategically evaluate the marketplace and look at each person’s talents, products, and marketplace needs to produce specific tactics. If a team is not led to think at this level, then ideas may stay at a high level and will never get implemented. Coaching aims to break that cycle.
