Jim Collins is fantastic at pointing out that good is the enemy of great. In this book he explains how people and companies become complacent once they are good.
This is truly one of the few foundational books and should be read before pursuing all other business or "self-help" books. So much of Covey's teachings are critical to having a deeper understanding of books to follow.
